More About Me

Biography

Hi my name is Kimberly and I am a born and raised Orange County Southern California girl who has currently lived in Riverside County for over a decade.

I love helping people whether it’s at my nonprofit job in affordable housing or in real estate!

My interests are finances, economics, budgeting and philanthropic work! I have worked for more than half a decade with Communities Advocating for Resident Empowerment (C.A.R.E.) as a Resource Services Coordinator and Program Coordinator specializing in the Affordable Housing sector in multiple Low income to Affordable Housing apartment complexes. My experience includes building relationships with not only residents but other nonprofits, companies, agencies throughout California and the nation. All this to give my communities the best resources and guidance.

Through my partnerships with other nonprofits and companies I have been able to help distribute over $250,000 of donations to her communities, thanks to the company Amazon and other nonprofits such as Music Changing lives. In addition, I’ve helped families obtain: grants, giveaways, and utility assistance payments with the Riverside County agencies.

Growing up with a philanthropic heart, I have previous experience with the Red Cross as a Volunteer Engagement Lead, the Hemet Unified School district distributing Free Summer Lunch Program meals for the kids (for 6 summers so far) in different communities, and being a peer advisor for high school kids.

It would be my pleasure to help you in your home buying journey or investment with your best interest at heart!
